• Should have at least 2+ year experience, relevant freelance or several internships in appropriate areas
• Must sketch flat technical sketches on Illustrator
• Review all sample prototypes that come back with regard to construction and fit and match to detail sheets.
• Input and updating style information in Web PDM system.
• Assisting in pattern making duties and sample commenting.
• Schedule and attend fittings
• Digitizing pattern in the Gerber system
• Communicate with factories on specific details of finished
Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment
Excellent English communication - verbal and written
Excellent time management/project skills
Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands
Comfortable and confident in making effective autonomous (and group) decisions in a timely manner

· Basic understanding of pattern making, draping, garment construction, grading, and factory production
